Solution
The experts at DAK installed 27 rack repair kits to replace damaged uprights and double-high end of aisle protection to avoid future forklift collisions with the uprights.
Results
Replacing uprights can result in costly downtime in a warehouse, as all inventory needs to be removed from the racking and replaced after installation. The rack repair kits provided a minimally invasive installation, which was important to Prospect Fastener. They continued to operate through the entire installation and did not need to remove any inventory from their racking. They love the uniform look of the guard rails and are happy with how well the rack repair kits match their existing racks!
