This position is Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm and requires solid people skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with strong attention to detail, and a polite helpful personality when handling customer service calls, and assisting our customers and staff.

Position responsibilities:
– Take customer service calls, and provide exceptional customer service with the caller.
– Daily order entry.
– Calculate costs for parts, services, and installation.
– Manage inventory.
– Verify accuracy of billing data
– Create itemized customer invoices. Match and file paperwork, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
– Perform general accounting functions, including data and inventory transactions and rebates
– Act as liaison between customers, vendors, company sales, and parts departments.
– Assist with quote preparations as needed.
– Maintain customer and vendor files (electronic and paper).
– Overall admin support for service staff, sorting and distributing mail, and managing office supplies.

Minimum Requirements:
– Associated Degree in Accounting or related field or 2 years of related office experience.
– Ability to collaborate with customers, consultants, vendors, and engineers.
– Excellent communication, and strong phone skills.
– Excellent organization and attention to detail.
– Efficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
– Basic math skills.
– Strong typing skills.

This position is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm and requires solid people skills and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  We need someone with a strong mechanical background, and strong attention to detail.  Additionally, we need a self-starter with a helpful personality when interacting with our customers.

Position Responsibilities:

This is a ‘resident field’ position where the employee has the convenience of working out of the home.  This requires a strong work ethic, solid people skills and the ability to work well independently and with others.  We need someone with strong attention to detail, good oral and written use of the English language, and a clear, polite, and helpful personality when dealing with our customers and staff.  This position consists of primarily servicing and installing all types of industrial scales (truck, floor and bench scales).

Minimum Requirements:

– CDL license and clean driving record
– Must have own hand tools – large and specialty tools supplied
– Mechanical and electrical skills a must – we will provide manufacturer and on-the-job training
– Occasional overnight travel can be expected

RMH Systems, one of the largest material handling, packaging and industrial-scale distributors in the Midwest, is currently seeking a Controller to join our team.  Our current Controller is retiring soon and is looking to train his replacement. This position is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, and requires in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and experience with risk management.  We need someone with a proven track record, to ensure we comply with accounting regulations, maximize profits, and mitigate risks.  Additionally, we need a self-starter who can manage a small team of Accounting Professionals.

 

Position Responsibilities:

-Management of Accounting department

-Oversee and review Accounting processes and systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, billing, and cash posting.

-Oversee and review accurate payroll processing.

-Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of accounting transactions.

-Coordinate 401k plan, including enrolling new hires. Match funding, annual plan testing and compliance, and fund review.

-Assist in and oversee budget preparation.

-Run financial reports as needed.

Handle sales tax reporting

 

Minimum Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

-CPA preferred

-5-7 years’ experience as a controller in a similar role

-Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and compliance issues.

-Hands-on experience with general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, cash management, and risk assessment.

-Strong organization and attention to detail

Efficient in Microsoft, especially Word and Excel.  Strong knowledge of Accounting software.
